摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、聚丙二醇-2000(PPG-2000)为主要原料,以亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)为封端剂,合成了一种热反应型水性聚氨酯交联剂。研究结果表明:在R值为1.6,DMPA用量为8%,聚合反应温度为70℃,反应时间为1h,催化剂用量为0.1%的条件下,产物为稳定性良好的半透明乳液。作为交联剂,能明显提高水性聚氨酯膜的拉伸强度。FT-IR和DSC显示,产物的—NCO被完全封闭,解封温度为88.3℃。With isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI ) , dimethylol prop!onic acid ( DMPA ) , polypropylene glycol - 2000 ( PPG - 2000) as the main raw material and sodium bisulfite ( NaHSO3 ) as blocking agent, a kind of thermal reactive water - borne polyu- rethane crosslinking agent was prepared. The results show that the thermal reactive waterborne polyurethane crosslinking agent is a translucent emulsion of good stability under the conditions of preparation which R is 1.6, the amount of DMPA is 8% , the temperature of polymerization is 70℃, the time of reaction is lh and the amount of catalyst is 0.1%. As the crosslinking agent, it can significantly improve the tensile strength of aqueous polyurethane film. The analytic results of FT - IR and DSC show that the--NCO groups of product are completely blocked and the deblocking temperature of product is about 88.3℃.
