摘 要:研究不同冷却温度下结晶水合盐Na2SO4·10H2O的过冷行为。建立了过冷行为的测试装置,测试并绘制了不同冷却温度下Na2SO4·10H2O添加成核剂前后的步冷曲线,以研究其过冷行为。结果表明,冷却温度在5℃-25℃时过冷度随冷却温度的减小而增大;冷却温度为25℃时Na2SO4·10H2O不发生完全结晶甚至不结晶;最小过冷度发生在冷却温度为20℃时,为5.3℃;最大过冷度发生在冷却温度为5℃时而非0℃,为15.9℃。添加成核剂可降低Na2SO4·10H2O的过冷度,但放热温度变小,且随着冷却温度的减小而降低。Supercooling behavior of Na2SO4·10H2O as phase change materials at different cooling temperature conditions was studied. The supercooling behavior testing apparatus was set up. Before and after the addition of nucleating agent, the supercooling ofNa2SO4·10H2Oat different cooling temperatures were tested, and the cooling curves were measured to study the supercooling behavior. Results show that the degree of supercooling reduces with the increasing of cooling temperature at cooling temperature range of 5-25 ℃. Na2SO4·10H2Owill incompletely or even not crystallize at cooling temperature of 25 ℃. Na2SO4·10H2O has the minimum supercooling of 5.3 ℃ at the cooling temperature of 20 ℃ and the maximum supercooliog is 15.9 ℃ , which occurs at cooling temperature of 5 ℃ , not 0 ℃. By adding borax as nucleating agent reduces the degree of supercooling significantly, but it causes the temperature of heat release to decrease, meanwhile, temperature of heat release decreases with the cooling temperature decreasing.
