摘　　要：阿瑞吡坦是一种具有全新机制的化疗止吐药物,目前有多种制备方法。本文主要综述了阿瑞吡坦合成与拆分的研究进展,概述了手性源法、化学拆分和色谱拆分等有关制备方法,重点介绍了不对称合成制备阿瑞吡坦的研究现状。Aprepitant is a brand new kind of chemotherapy antiemetic with several prepartion methods currently. This paper reviewed the process of the research on the synthesis and split of Aprepitant, and summarized the methods to split the racemie modification of Aprepitant, and the states of asymmetry prepartion of Aprepitant in the chemical method.
