摘　　要：中国未来渔业的发展 ,主要取决于国内外经济大环境的影响及渔业现有的基础条件。本文扼要阐述了国际政治、经济变化趋势对我国渔业发展利大于弊 ;国内社会、经济的发展 ,可望推动渔业迈上新的台阶 ;产业内部积累的基础 ,能为实现我国渔业新的战略目标 。Chinese future fisheries development is mainly determined by the influence of economic big environment at home and abroad and fisheries existing fundamental conditions.The paper briefly expounds that the tendency of international politics and economic changes is unfavorable to the fisheries development in our country,and domestic social and economic development are expected to push forward fisheries to reach up new steps;and the basis accumulated inside the industry can provide inherent impetus for the realization of fisheries new strategic goal in our country.
