摘 要:为准确描述某型步兵战车共架双炮结构中柔性身管装配体约束模态固有特性,基于模态试验数据,提出一种基于支持向量机响应面模型的双炮身管结构有限元模型修正方法。应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某型步兵战车双炮身管与缓冲器装配体进行模态分析,提取前6阶模态的固有频率和振型,应用模态测试设备实测了双炮身管组件的模态信息。基于有限元模型数据与实测数据的相对误差,采用支持向量机响应面模型修正方法对双炮身管组件弹性模量和密度进行修正。模型确认结果表明:修正后的身管组件有限元模型精度有了大幅度提高,能更加真实地反映身管组件的结构特征。To describe the modal inherent characteristic of the new type infantry combat vehicle(ICV) flexible barrel,the finite element model updating method of a double-gun barrel structure based on SVM- RSM model updating theory and modal experiment was proposed. The modal analysis on ICV barrel and bumper assembly was carried out by ANSYS software. The first six-orders modal natural-frequency and modes were extracted,and the modal experiment project was designed to validate the finite element,and the modal information of double-gun barrel assembly was tested. The Young^s Ratio and density of main- gun barrel and auto-gun barrel were updated applying SVM-RSM model updating method. Model validation result show that the precision of updated finite element model is dramatically improved,and the structure character of barrel assembly can be reflected better.
