摘　　要：本文论述了我国海洋渔业资源现状以及保护生态环境和近海渔业资源 ,实施现代渔业管理的紧迫性和必要性。The paper expounds the existing state of marine fisheries resources in our country and the pressing and necessity of conservation of ecological environment, offshore fisheries resources and implementation of modern fisheries management, and puts forward the goal for the sustainable development of marine fisheries resources.
