摘  要:利用微核法监测环境污染是一项新技术。为寻求一个对诱变剂敏感,微核效应明显,又不受时间、地域限制的植物监测种,笔者于1988—1989年从92种(品种)植物和14种诱变剂中粗选出11种(品种)植物及4种诱变剂,在此基础上进一步精选出以韭菜作为最佳的植物监测种。经诱变剂处理与理化监测结果完全一致。该试验不仅具有一定的理论意义,而且在监测环境污染物上更有广泛的应用价值。The method to monitor the environment pollution by using micronuclcus is a new technique. In order to find a monitor breed of plant which is sensitive to mutagcnic agent, with significant micronuclcus efreets and unlimitted by time and region, the author sclected 11 kinds of plant breeds and 4 kinds of mutagcnic agents from 92 kinds of plant breeds and 14 kinds of mutagcnic agents tested in 1988-1989. From this, Allium odorum is carcfully selected as the optimal monitoring plant breed. The consequences of these treated by mutagenic agent and monitored by physicochemistry arc the same. It has not only theoretical significance but also widely application value on monitoring environment pollutants.
