摘  要:利用自行设计制作的试验装置和评价滤饼清洗效果的方法,创造性地研究出一种适合硅基钻井液滤饼的碱性氧化型清洗液配方,并确定了清洗工艺参数,通过旋转挂片法和X线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析研究了该清洗液对A3钢的腐蚀速度及腐蚀机制,最后评价了清洗液对泥浆损害后岩心渗透率的影响。结果表明:在清洗时间60min、流速0.31 m/s条件下,使用所选清洗液滤饼质量损失率达到93.45%;清洗过程中温度增加,滤饼质量损失率提高;A3试片在清洗液中腐蚀6 h后形成钝化膜,起保护作用,因此该清洗液可直接使用,不需要添加缓蚀剂;该清洗液可使污染后岩心渗透率改善值达900.13%。A test device was designed and a method for evaluating the effect of mud-cake washing was presented. A type of alkaline oxidation flush fluid was developed suitable for mud-cake of silicon based drilling fluid. Then, washing process parameter was given. The corrosion rate and the corrosion mechanism of the flush fluid to A3 steel were researched by rotation coupon method and X-ray photoelectron spectros- copy analysis (XPS). Finally, the influence of flush fluid on permeability of smeary core was evaluated. The results showed that: when the flow rate was 0. 31 m/s, the mass loss rate of mud-cake was 93.45 % after 60 min. As temperature increasing, the mass loss rate increased. The passive film formed when A3 steel was eroded for 6 h in flush fluid, thus protecting the steel. The flush fluid could be directly used and had not to add corrosion inhibitor. Permeability of smeary core was improved to 900. 13%.
