摘  要:《三略》是古代管理奇书,富含人才管理与领导道术智慧。以文献梳理的方式,采用对比研究的方法,从中可挖掘出用于现代组织管理的领导之道、领导之能、领导之术。其中,为领导者之道在于收拢人心、赏禄有功、通志于众、礼贤下士;为领导者之能在于要求领导者有德、有虑、有勇、有威,能够不断提升十二种能力,尽力避犯八种错误,正己恕人,仁、义、道、德、礼一体为用;为领导者之术包括以恩泽服人,因其努力而树人,因不同人才之所好而激励人,区分功过而管人,赋能授权而造就人,等等。将这些领导之道、领导之能与领导之术应用于现代组织管理,可以帮助领导者们更好地用其人才而成其事业。Three Stratagems is an ancient management book, it is rich in talent management and the principle and skill of leadership. By the way of literature review, the leadership principle, the leadership capacity and the leadership skill applying in modern organization management can be dug out through comparative study. Among them, the principle of leader lies in animating human heart, giving credit where credit is due, having the same wishes with the staffs and treating the talented people with due respect; The capacity of leader lies in virtue, anxiety, bravery, might, and the leader can improve twelve abilities to avoid making eight kinds of errors in order to be as the man who is humanity, justice, morality, courtesy, and correcting himself and forgiving the other; The skill of the leader includes convincing people by kindness, fostering people by his effort and motivating people according to talents' interest, managing people by sorting out merits and encouraging people by empowerment and etc.. Bring the leader' s principle, the leader' s capacity and the leader' s skills into the modern organization and management benefit leaders to use talents properly and have successful career.
