山东省大学生社会实践存在问题与改进对策

摘　　要：根据对山东省高校教师、高校学生、有关政府部门和社会实践基地的问卷调研,全面了解山东省大学生社会实践总体情况。制约山东省大学生社会实践全员参与和健康持续发展的主要问题包括岗位不足、经费缺乏、大学生动力不足、指导老师数量不够、管理体制不健全、运行机制不完善等。解决问题的对策为转变教育理念、理顺管理体制、健全法律法规、完善运行机制,以推动大学生社会实践长效机制的建立和完善,促进各高校大学生社会实践工作的广泛深入和可持续开展。According to the questionnaire of college teachers, college students, the relevant government departments and the social practice in Shandong province, we had a better understanding of the college students＇ social practice base in Shandong province. It is clear that the factors of restricting college students to participate in social practice and develop sustainable are the insufficient positions, the lack of funds, the lack of students＇ motivation, the lack of guidance teachers, and the imperfect management system and operation mechanism. So the countermeasures should focus on changing education idea, straightening the management system, and perfecting laws and regulations and the operating mechanism to push forward the establishment of the long-term mechanism of college students＇ social practice, and to promote the sustainable development of college students＇ social practice work extensively.
