摘 要:调查福州大学城某高校内小型浅水湖泊——苍霞湖的浮游植物组成、个体数量和生物量,结果显示,该湖泊浮游植物7门,33属,个体密度为4.2×106ind/L,生物量3.7×104mg/L。浮游动物有4门21属,个体密度为1.86×104ind/L,生物量7.73 mg/L。利用有关生物学与水化学指标对这些水体的营养水平进行评价,苍霞湖总体水质现应为Ⅴ类水,富营养型水体,必须采取必要的措施,才能恢复其水体原规划功能。The composition, density and biomass of plankton in a man-made lake in Fuzhou univer- sity district were investigated. The phytoplankton observed belongs to 33 genera of 7 phyla. The sin- gle density of the phytoplankton is 4.2 ×10^6 ind/L with a biomass of 3.7 ×10^4 mg/L. The zoo- plankton observed belongs to 21 genera of 4 phyla. The single density of zooplankton is 1.86 ×10^4 ind/L with a biomass of 7.73mg/L. The water quality was assessed via related biological standards and hydrochemical indicators. The results show that the overall water quality of the lake belongs to Class V and the lake is eutrophic. It is suggested that proper measures be taken to restore the origi- nal design function of the water.
