亚麻/棉织物冷轧堆练漂双氧水活化剂的筛选与应用

摘　　要：针对亚麻/棉混纺织物冷轧堆漂白活化剂品种、使用工艺处方及条件、生产应用进行了试验研究。经过织物白度、亚麻皮残留和织物强力测定等指标检测考核,得到冷轧堆练漂处方中各因素对工艺效果的影响规律,提出采用活化剂DM-1430的工艺方法,工艺流程:浸轧→堆置(室温、24 h)→热水洗→冷水洗;处方为烧碱20 g/L、渗透剂2 g/L、硅酸钠15 g/L、30%双氧水50 g/L、DM-1430 10 g/L。Experimental studies were conducted on linen/cotton blended fabric cold pad batch bleaching activators in terms of their process recipe, process conditions, production and application. Through testing and comparing the whiteness of fabric, flax residue and the fabric strength ,we figured out the influences of each ingredient in the recipe on the process effects, and then proposed the application of activator DM-1430,whose process flow are：cold padding, stacking （room temperature,24 h）,hot water washing,cold water washing. The prescription：caustic soda 20 g/L, penetrating agent 2 g/L, sodium silicate 15 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 30% 50 g/L, DM-1430 10 g/L.
