摘 要:为研究留果量对甜柿产量和品质的影响,设5种留果量处理,以不疏果作对照进行试验。结果表明,留果量与单株产量呈正相关,但叶果比为20∶1的处理商品果和优质果产量最高;柿果可溶性固形物含量在叶果比为20∶1和30∶1的处理中比较高;叶果比在40∶1以上蒂隙和裂果较多;生理落果率与留果量呈负相关。甜柿疏果需考虑开花时间和果实生长状况,去弱留强,并配合树体整形修剪进行。In order to study effects of different reserved fruit amount on yield and quality of nonastringent pemimmon,five kinds of amount of remaining fruit processing were tested, and no fruit thinning considered as the control.The results showed that amount of remaining fruit was positively correlated with yield per plant,but the yield of commercial fruits and high-grade fruits by leaf-fruit ratio 20:1 were the highest compared to other treatments.Soluble solids content of fruit by leaf-fruit ratio 20:1 and 30:1 was relatively higher than other treatments.Pediele gaps and cracking tops by leaf-fruit ratio above 40:1 was more than the other treatments.Physiological drop rate was inversely related to the amount of remaining fruit.Flowering and fruit growth conditions must be considered for the persimmon fruit thinning, conducted with pruning, removing the weak and the strong left.
