烟草黑胫病菌培养特性的研究

摘　　要：研究了采自攀西地区的烟草黑胫病菌在不同培养基、不同温度及不同pH值等条件下培养特性。结果表明：烟草黑胫病菌最适合在燕麦培养基上生长，菌丝生长快：菌丝在2,0，36℃都能生长，28℃生长最佳。在不同pH值的培养基培养下，菌丝最适合在pH值为5．5的培养基上生长。Phytophthoraparasitica var.nicotianae was cultivated under the conditions of different cultural media,pI-I value and temperature ,then observed its growth status and morphological characteristics.The results showed that oatmeal agar was most suitable for the growth of the strains of P. Nicotianae.The hyphae can grow at 20-36℃, the temperature of 28 ℃ and the pH value of 5.5 were the best for the growth of the strains of P.Nicotianae.
