摘 要:电力系统的低频振荡现象会严重影响到系统的稳定性,相应的机理分析和抑制策略一直备受国内外学者的关注。提出以储能装置和电力系统稳定器(Power System Stabilizer,PSS)为手段实现对电力系统暂态功率的调节,并最终实现抑制电力系统低频振荡的控制目标。首先给出了储能系统中逆变器的控制策略;同对简化了逆变器模型,在不造成系统级误差的前提下,使用仿真速度极快的向量解算方式进行仿真验证;最后通过短路故障产生低频振荡现象,在仅用储能装置、仅用PSS、储能装置和PSS协调控制3种不同条件下抑制低频振荡。对Matlab/Simulink仿真结果进行对比和分析,得出储能装置和PSS在抑制电力系统低频振荡时存在配合的可能性,储能装置和PSS的配合控制比单独使用储能装置或PSS的调节效果好。The low-frequency oscillation in power system seriously affects the system stability, and its mechanism analysis and suppression strategy have been drawn a lot of attention by scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, a method with an energy storage device and PSS (Power System Stabilizer) together is proposed to regulate the transient power of the system and achieves the control goal of suppressing the low-frequency oscillation. The author proposes the control strategy of the inverter in energy storage system, simplifies the inverter model, and uses phasor solving method to simulate and verify them at a very fast simulation speed without causing system-level errors. Finally, a comparison of the effect on suppressing the low-frequency oscillation caused by short-circuit faults is made in three different conditions Of regulation only with the energy storage system, regulation only with PSS, and regulation with both of them. The simulation results in MATLAB/SIMULINK lead to main conclusions as follows: it's possible and effective to use both of the energy storage system and PSS to suppress the low-frequency oscillation in power system, and the coordinated effect of regulation with both of them is superior to that of regulation only with one of them.
