摘　　要：计量自动化系统(MAS)和营销系统是营销业务的重要内容,电能量数据平台系统是基于这2个系统的管理系统。介绍了广州电网计量自动化系统的运行现状和MAS与营销系统的关系。基于广州电网业务和信息安全的需要,设计了电能量数据平台系统,并分别对电能量数据平台的总体架构、技术架构、功能结构、系统网络、外部接口和安全防护设计进行了介绍。电能量数据平台可以满足广州电网的业务需求和信息安全需求。Measurement automation system （MAS） and marketing system is the important parts of marketing business. Electric energy data platform is established based on these two systems. The paper introduces the operation status of MAS in Guangzhou Power Grid and relationship between the marketing system and the MAS, designs the electric energy data platform system according to the demand of the business in Guangzhou Power Grid and the information security, and explores its overall architecture, technical architecture, function structure, system network, external interfaces as well as security protection design.
