摘　　要：为了论证海军两栖作战编队指挥信息系统建设中的顶层设计问题,采用从任务到功能再到结构的分析方法,分析了海军两栖作战编队指挥信息系统应承担的任务和应实现的功能,并对系统的体系结构进行了设计,描述了系统各台位的组成及其功能。In order to demonstrate the question of top design for the naval amphibious formation＇s C4ISR system,it is studied with methods of analyzing task and function and structure in turn.Firstly,the task and function of the system are analyzed.And then the structure of the system is designed.Finally,the composition and function of the system＇s platforms is described.
