摘　　要：为合理评估模拟训练成绩,需要构建合理的指标体系。首先,着眼舰艇作战模拟训练周期,以目标为驱动建立了训练需求模型;然后,基于训练需求模型,分析了评估需求演化过程,提出了评估指标提取方法。该方法使指标体系的构建过程更易于沟通,数据来源更明确。Constructing evaluation criteria architecture is an important step in assessing training performance.In view of simulated warship operational training cycle,goal-driven Training Requirements Model （TRM） is formulated.Then,based on TRM,the evaluation requirements evolution process is analyzed.Furthermore,the evaluation criteria selecting method is presented.The proposed method makes criteria architectures＇ construction process easer to communicate,and the data acquisition source is clearer.
