摘　　要：近年来,在各级领导的高度重视下,全国公安机关警务实战训练工作取得了长足的进展。但是,随着治安形势的变化,对警务技能的要求越来越高,确保警务实战训练工作的可持续发展,已经成为当前警务实战训练工作的首要问题。针对全国公安机关警务实战训练工作的现状分析,明确了当前警务实战训练工作存在的新老问题,结合诸多学者和基层民警的意见,提出了解决问题的具体措施,以期对警务实战训练工作有所帮助。In recent year, with deep concern from authorities of all levels, the policing tactics training has been greatly advanced. Along with the change of public order situation, however, the requirement on poli- cing skills is getting higher and higher. It becomes top priority for keeping continuous development of the poli- cing tactics training. Based on a analysis of current situation of policing tactics training of public secur/ty or- gans nationwide, this essay has pointed out new and old problems in this field. In order to facilitate the train- ing, with reference to opinion and feedbacks from scholars and grass-root policemen, it further proposes prac- tical measures to solve the problems.
