摘　　要：公安边防部队在边境巡逻、边境搜捕等具有执法性、军事性和涉外性的勤务中实施的人身搜查是一种侵扰人身权利的强制侦查行为,边防官兵应正确认识其法律性质,准确界定其搜查范围、严格遵循其启动条件,在控制犯罪与保障权力之间寻求价值平衡。Public security border forces possess the characteristic of law eniorcement, being military and international. Body searching in duty is a mandatory investigation intrusion into personal rights, the officers and soldiers of frontier guards should have a correct understanding of its legal nature to define the search scope, strictly follow the start-up condition, seek value between the crime control and protection power balance.
