儒家家庭伦理与近代会党组织规范——以洪门为例

摘　　要：从洪门来看,近代会党组织规范深受儒家家庭伦理的影响。在父子伦理方面,洪门主要要求会员对父母或首领做到"孝顺"、"孝敬";在兄弟伦理方面,主要强调会员之间互相帮助,互敬互爱,并处理好叔嫂、伯伯和弟妇等关系;在夫妻伦理方面,要求会员在缔结婚姻时遵循"父母之命,媒妁之言"的原则,并倡导"夫义妇贞",夫妇和顺。洪门的组织规范在诸多方面继承了中华民族的优良传统,但也充斥着封建性糟粕,这表明会党亚文化并非先进文化。China is a nation with a long history and a large number of eounties, after a long--term accumulation of history, the name has been preserved up to ten thousand kinds. Although the changes of the times, but research the surname of today, we can still find a corre- lation between the ancient and some surnames. Based on this, according to the records of the minority activity in history in Baishui Count Shanxi Province as an example, and combined with unearthed archaeological inscriptions materials of the county, supplemented with rdevant literature, discussed the relationship between northern ethnic surname in the history and the last name of the county＇ residents today.
