摘  要:挂治水电厂机组自投产以来就存在停机后水车室内啸叫严重的故障,并且在风闸退出后有蠕动现象,经分析、试验,并通过有限元计算,对导叶出水边密封啮合面进行了修型处理,导叶处理后效果显著,机组停机啸叫及蠕动现象已得到有效治理。Ever since it was put into operation, there have been serious howling from the waterwheel in Guazhi Hydropower Plant when the hydro turbine is in the shutdown state, and wriggling(creeping) frequently occurs after the generator damper exits. Through the analysis, testing and finite element calculation, the shape modification is conducted on the sealing mating surface of the out-of-of water side of the guide blade. The effects of this guide blade treatment are remarkable with the howling and creeping phenomena effectively contained.
