摘  要:隧道内多采用复合式沥青路面结构,这类路面结构的基层强度高,传统的圆形均匀分布荷载不适用于其沥青结构层内的力学响应分析;同时,将刚性基层与沥青层之间以及沥青层与沥青层之间的接触简单地考虑为层间完全连续或完全光滑并不符合实际情况。本文利用三维有限元计算工具,在实测的轮胎-路面竖向接地压力基础上,充分考虑轮胎-路面作用的水平力以及层间界面摩擦特性,进行隧道内复合式沥青路面结构内的力学响应分析。分析结果显示:水平力对复合式路面结构路表的受拉有明显影响;层间接触条件对沥青层底的受拉也影响显著;综合考虑沥青层的受力状态,上下面层的模量越接近,沥青层的受力状态越佳等等。The composite asphalt pavement structure is popular in the tunnel, which the stiffness of base layers is very high. For this kind of pavement structure, circular uniformly distributed wheel-load is not applicable to the mechanical analysis; at the same time, the interracial bonding condition between the asphalt layer and rigid base layer and between the asphalt layers, is not compliance the actual situation whether it was simply assumed fully bonded or totally separated. In this paper, a three dimensional finite element (3D-FE) program was utilized for modeling the mechanistic responses in the asphalt layers by simulating two layer interfacial bonding conditions, namely fully bonded and debonded ( i. e. , the layer separated but still considering friction). The 3 D-FE modeling incorporated actual measured vertical tire-pavement contact pressure (TPCP) and assumed horizontal TPCP. Results of these computational modeling are presented in this paper and indicated that: (1) the horizontal TPCP has a significant effect on the tensile strain on surface; (2) the interracial bonding conditions plays an important role for the tensile strain on the bottom of second AC layer; (3) comprehensive considering the state of tension strain and the peak value of maximum shear stress in AC layers, when the modulus of AC course is more close to that of the second AC layer, the mechanistic responses in composite asphalt pavement is more optimal.
