摘　　要：随着社会投资渠道的多元化,BT模式越来越广泛的应用于基础设施建设领域。BT项目影响范围广、风险因素多、法律关系复杂,涉及投资、融资、勘察、设计、监理、移交付款等环节,合同管理中沟通和协调工作量大。Process Intelligence是商务智能在流程管理领域的拓展,包括流程模拟、追踪及优化等阶段,其设计理念可应用于合同管理的不同层次,即通过定期收集、分析合同管理中的数据,及时发现超过阈值的例外情况,降低项目目标控制的风险。从项目参与方的实际需求出发,以业务流程标准化、目标功能模块化、管理表单规范化为目标,结合某市长江大桥项目为案例,借鉴流程智能设计理念,阐述BT合同管理系统的功能框架及核心模块的实现方法和过程。With the diversification of social investment channels, D. ~ ou,lu- ~ more and more widely used in the field of infrastructure construction. BT projects have tremendous impact, a large number of risk factors, complex legal relationships and enormous communication and coordination missions in the contract management, involving in investment, financing, surveying, design, supervision, transfer payments, etc. Process Intelligence is the expansion of Business Intelligence in the field of process management, including process modeling, tracking and optimization phases, apphed to contract management at different levels, through the regular collection and analysis of contract management data to discover the exceptions, reducing the risk of project target control. From the actual needs of project participants, regarding standardization of business process, modularization of target function, normalization of manage forms as the goal, combining with the case of Yangtze River Bridge Project, using design concept of process intelligent, we propose the function framework of BT contract management system as well as analyze the implementation and processes of the core modules.
