气压治疗预防直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床研究  

Baro-therapy in the Prevention of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis after the Surgery for Rectal Car- cinoma： Clinical Study

摘　　要：为探讨气压治疗预防直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果，将接受手术治疗的60例直肠癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。术后第2天开始，观察组采用气压治疗仪进行气压治疗，对照组给予常规按摩双下肢及活动关节，比较两组患者股深静脉血流均时平均流速（TAMV）及治疗14d后的疗效。结果显示，观察组首次治疗后1h股深静脉血流TAMV为（10．17±1．04）cm／s，明显快于对照组（8．34±3．40）cm／s，P〈0．05。观察组显效27例，有效2例，无效1例，总有效率为96．67％（29／30）；对照组显效18例，有效7例，无效5例，总有效率为83．33％（25／30）。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，气压治疗可有效预防直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓发生。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of baro-therapy for preventing lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（LEDVT）. The 60 patients who had received surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases per group;from the second day after operation the former re- ceived baro-therapy through baro-therapy apparatus,on the latter massage was performed at double lower extremities and joints,then the time averaged mean velocity （TAMV） of deep femoral vein blood flow,and therapeutic effect at 14 days after above therapy in both groups were compared. As results, in observation group lh after the first time of treatment TAMV of deep femord vein blood flow was significantly faster than in control group（10. 174-_1.04） cm/s vs （8.34--3.40） cm/s,（ P d0.05） ;in observation group 27 ca- ses were of excellent response,2 were effective,one was of non-respone,and the total effective rate was 96. 67 % （29/30）, while, in control group, 18,7,5 and 83.33 % （25/30） ; apparently, the total effective rate of ob- servation group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P d0.05）. Results show that baro- therapy can effectively prevent incidence of LEDVT after surgery for rectal carcinoma.
