巴曲亭与太宁栓联合应用防治混合痔术后出血的效果观察

摘　　要：为探讨巴曲亭与太宁栓联合应用防治混合痔术后出血的疗效，将70例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35例，治疗组联合应用巴曲亭、太宁栓纳肛，对照组单用太宁栓纳肛，对比分析两组患者手术前后凝血功能及术后出血天数。结果显示，两组患者手术前后凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原含量、凝血酶时间、血小板等凝血功能指标无明显变化，P〉O．05。治疗组术后出血天数为（2．5±0．3）d，明显短于对照组（5．7±0．6）d，P〈0．05。结果表明，巴曲亭与太宁栓联合应用防治混合痔术后出血疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。This study was to explore the therapeutic efficacy of Baqut and Titanoreine suppository in pre- vention and treatment of postoperative bleeding of mixed hemorrhoids, 70 patients after operation for mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases for each group. Baqut and Titanoreine suppository was administered into anus for treatment group, while only Titanorcine sup- pository for control group by rectal administration,then the coagulation function before and after operation and postoperative bleeding lasting time of both groups were compared and analyzed. As results,before and after operation the coagulation functional indicators such as prothromhin time, activated partial thrombo- plastin time,fibrinogen,thrombin time and platelet,etc had no obvious changes（ P 〉0.05）. The bleeding lasting time was （2.5±0. 3）d in treatment group, which is obviously shorter than that in control group （5.7±0.6）d（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that Baqut and Titanoreine suppository combined therapy has an obvious efficacy and higher safety in preventing and treating the postoperative bleeding of mixed hemor- rhoids ,which is worthy to be popularized surgically.
