消痔洗剂坐浴对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：为观察自制中药方消痔洗剂坐浴对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响，将80例肛瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，治疗组应用自制中药方消痔洗剂坐浴，对照组应用1：5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，每天2次，每次15min，对比两组患者术后创面疼痛程度及创面愈合时间。结果显示，两组患者创面均愈合，治疗组患者创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05；而且术后疼痛程度明显轻于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，消痔洗剂坐浴可促进肛瘘术后创面愈合，减轻创口疼痛。This study was to observe the influence of sitz bath with Xiaozhi Xiji（self-made Chinese medi- cine lotion for hemorrhoids） on wound surface healing after surgery for anal fistula. The 80 patients with a- nal fistula who had received were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases for each;the former adopted self-made lotion for sitz bath,while the latter was given with 1 ： 5000 PP solution for sitz bath;2 times/d, 15 min/time,in both groups then the postoperative pain degree and healing time of wound surface of both groups were compared. As results,wound surface of both groups was all of healing, but the healing time and pain degree of treatment group were all significantly shorter,lighter than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that sitz bath with Xiaozhi Xiji can promote wound surface healing following anal fistula surgery,and relief patient＇s pain.
