摘  要:设计了一套处理烟气量为190000 Nm3/h、烟气SO2含量为18000 mg/Nm3的氨基湿法高硫烟气脱硫装置,并对该系统的经济性进行了分析。系统设计指标为:系统脱硫效率不低于98%;脱硫副产品为高附加值化工原料高浓度NH4HSO3溶液,最终副产品为硫酸铵。经济性分析结果表明:该系统的经济性受氨水以及副产品的市场价格影响较大;在当前的价格条件下,该系统总投资约为4800万元,年运行费用约为4696万元,年综合收益约为1271万元。A novel ammonia-based WFGD process was designed and its profitability was analyzed. The facility is designed for a certain stone-coal fired power plant to remove SO2 from flue gas with 190000 Nm^3/h gas flow and 18000 mg/Nm^3 SO2 concentration. The criterion of system design is that the desulphurization efficiency is more than 98%. The system by-product is concentrated NH4HSO3 solution. Economic analysis shows that the market quotation of ammonia and by-product is the principal factor which influences the economical efficiency of the system. The investment required by the system would amount to about 48,000,000 yuan at the current material prices level. Annual operating cost would be 46,960,000 yuan, and the annual comprehensive income would be 12,710,000 yuan.
