摘　　要：循环流化床锅炉采用炉内脱硫方式,使得尾部烟道中露点温度降低,为低温烟气余热的深度回收创造了条件。以东方电厂150MW CFB锅炉机组为研究对象,提出了采用分离式热管换热器加热一、二次风和低压省煤器加热凝结水的分级深度回收排烟余热的系统方案,应用热量法和等效焓降法建立了冷凝式CFB锅炉机组的节能分析模型,确定两种计算工况,对该机组的热经济性进行了分析。计算表明:在运行工况条件下,冷凝式CFB锅炉比原CFB锅炉热效率增加了1.39个百分点,节约标煤量10.619g/(kW·h)。最后分析了冷凝式CFB机组热经济性的影响因素。其研究结果可为冷凝式CFB锅炉机组的设计提供理论基础和技术支撑。The application of calcium-injection desulphurization technology in the furnace of circulating fluidized bed （CFB） lead to a lower dew point temperature in exhaust gas, it created conditions for in-depth heat recovery of low-temperature exhaust gas waste heat. Taking 150MW CFB boiler unit of Dongfang Power Plant as the research object, put forward a grade recovery system scheme about how to heat PA and SA by separate type heat pipe exchanger, and heat condensation water by low-press economizer, it created an energy saving analysis model of condensing CFB boiler unit, based on the heat method and the equivalent enthalpy drop method. The thermal economics of the unit is analyzed based on two arithmetic conditions. The calculation showed that, under the operating conditions, condensing CFB boiler promoted the boiler thermal efficiency by 1.39 percents, saving standard coal by 10.619g/（kW·h）. Finally, the factors affecting the thermal economics of condensing CFB boiler unit are analyzed. It provided the theoretical basis and technological support of condensing CFB boiler unit for its technology.
