摘 要:煤质分析数据表明,干燥后全水分从41.3%降低到13.9%,低位发热量从13.40 MJ/kg提高到21.05 MJ/kg,褐煤脱水提质效果明显。煤粉收集器收集粉煤的低位发热量为16.00 MJ/kg,低于设计值20.93 MJ/kg,固定碳含量的明显减少导致了热值偏低。试运结果表明适当调整原煤中细粒度的比例可缩短启动攒粉时间。针对燃烧负荷和干燥出力相互耦合特性导致的较长启动时间和低负荷工况下系统氧量无法控制到10%以内的问题进行了分析,并提出改进建议。针对系统无法达到满出力问题,校核计算表明热烟气发生炉设计热负荷大于相关推荐值,需对炉膛结构进行合理扩容,以达到满负荷安全运行。According to the coal analysis, as the wet basis, the total moisture content of lignite dried was decreased from 41.3% to 13.9%, and net calorific value was increased from 13.40MJ/kg up to 21.05MJ/kg. Consequently the effect of lignite dehydration and quality improving is apparent. The net calorific value of the pulverized coal collected by the coal powder collector was 16.00MJ/kg, which is lower than the design value of 20.93MJ/kg. One reason for explaining this is that the fixed carbon content significantly reduced. Appropriately adjusting the ratio of fine-grained powder is suggested to shorten the cold starting time. According to the analysis on long starting time, which is induced by the characteristic that system combustion load is coupled to the drying capacity, and the oxygen content in low load conditions is never less than 10%, the advice is put forward. Checking calculations show that the designed heat release rate of hot flue gas furnace is greater than the recommended value, and reasonable expansion of the furnace structure is provided so as to achieve the full load in safe.
