摘  要:近年来超临界火力发电机组技术发展迅速,已有多台350 MW超临界火电机组投运和正在建设中。参照300 MW等级的亚临界机组和600 MW超临界机组,350 MW的机组吹管方式可选择降压和稳压吹管两种方式,从提高吹管质量、缩短吹管工期和减少消耗介质等方面综合考虑,宜选择稳压吹管方式。结合一个新建机组的吹管工作,从吹管参数选择、吹管过程操作、燃烧调整等多方面加以分析,为其他后续工程起到参考价值。The technology of supercritical thermal power generating unit is developing rapidly in recent years, several 350MW supercritical thermal power units are under construction and some are already put into operation. Referring to 300MW subcritical units and 600MW supercritical units, the 350MW units can select either steady pressure pipe blowing scheme or descendent pressure pipe blowing scheme. But it's common to choose the steady pressure pipe blowing scheme considering improving the blowpipe quality, shortening the blowpipe's construction period, reducing the media consumption and other aspects. This paper researches on the pipe blowing scheme for a new unit and analyzes its parameters selecting process, pipe blowing operating process, combustion adjustment and other aspects to play a reference value in other subsequent projects.
