摘　　要：以自制水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂为成膜物,通过颜填料和各种助剂的搭配使用,制备了水性醇酸面漆。该涂料具有表干快、光泽高、附着力强、柔韧性好等特点,能与溶剂型的同类产品相媲美。着重讨论了影响水性涂料制备的各种因素。A waterborne alkyd topcoat was prepared by using acrylic modified alkyd resin as film forming material, which was synthesized by adding pigments, fillers, proper additives as well. The coating has the characteristics of rapid surface drying, high gloss, strong adhesion, good flexibility and so on. It has a similar performance with the same type solvent products. All influence factors on the preparation of waterborne coatings were discussed in this article.
