静息心率对正常射血分数心力衰竭患者死亡率的预测作用

摘　　要：【目的】探讨静息心率对伴有正常射血分数的心力衰竭患者死亡率的预测作用。【方法】选择685例心力衰竭患者,进行超声心动图及生化检查。按入院时静息心率分为4组,A组心率〈60次/min,B组心率60~70次/min,C组心率71~90次/min,D组心率〉90次/min。分析各组患者在1年内的死亡率。【结果】1年内A组全因死亡率为10%,B组为18%,C组为20%,D组为35%（P〈0.0001）。【结论】随着静息心率的增加,伴有正常射血分数的心力衰竭患者全因死亡率增加,因此静息心率可能是心血管疾病的一项独立危险因素。【Objective】To study the role of resting heart rate in the prediction of mortality in patients with heart failure（HF） and normal ejection fraction【.Methods】685 cases of HF were studied.According to the resting heart rate（RHR）they were divided into four groups： A group（RHR 60 bpm）,B group（RHR 60~70 bpm）,C group（RHR 71~90 bpm）,D group（RHR 90 bpm）.RHR and prognosis of heart function on admission,discharge,follow-up data were analyzed at 1 year【.Result】All-cause mortality at 1 year was significantly lower in the A group（10%）,when compared with B group（18%）,C group（20%）,and D group（35%,P 0.0001）【.Conclusions】These data suggest that an elevated resting heart rate is a marker for the increase of mortality in patient with heart failure.So resting heart rate may be a risk factor of cardiovascular.
