摘　　要：面对网络信息化飞速发展的当代,网络信息知识产权的安全保护问题日益突出。网络信息知识产权与一般的知识产权相比有其特殊性,对于其保护也存在着诸多的难点。本文从网络的特点与知识产权保护之间的关系出发,对网络知识产权的保护问题进行了深入的研究,提出了自己的看法。The face of the rapid development of information technology networks contemporary, prominent contradiction is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and powers also take into account the public interest. For this contradiction, with only the protection of intellectual property rights strategy is far cannot solve. Accordingly, we should be network information for intellectual property-related issues for a deeper discussion and study. In this paper, the problems of the protection of intellectual property rights of network information for re- search objects, to establish and improve the network information intellectual property rights protection system as the purpose, focusing on how to better development for the network. Through？the Digital Library and the relationship between intellectual property protection network and problems of analysis, which made the general direction of the network information on intellectual property modification and improvement measures, through these mea- sures to enhance the security of network information IPR protection awareness and defense extent, to compensate for the lack of protection in the past, allowed continuous development and improvement, and gradually with international standards, in order to adapt to the rapid development of Internet information age.
