摘　　要：只有能源结构和产业结构协调发展，才能促进低碳经济目标的实现。在对基于低碳经济的能源结构和产业结构协调关系进行阐述的基础上，综合运用粗糙集理论和AHP法进行指标约简和权值计算，进而通过灰色关联分析方法构建了基于低碳经济的能源结构和产业结构协调度定量评价模型，并进行实证分析。结果表明：1994—2009年，基于低碳经济的我国能源结构和产业结构协调程度不断提高，但仍处于低度协调水平。It is essential to achieve the aim of Lowcarbon economy through the energy stmcture and industry structure coordinatod development. In view of describing the coordinated relationship of energy structure and industry mucture based on Low- carbon economy,it identifies the measurement indexe and the weight of each index by the theory of rough set, combined with AHP, then builds the coontination degree quantitative models of energy structure and industry stmcture based on Lowcarbon economy with the grey convlation meth ods, and makes the empirical analysis.
