摘　　要：新生代农民工返乡创业是解决"三农"问题的重要途径,基于新生代农民工的新特征,应用TPB理论发现,家乡的创业氛围、自身能力和创业资源的可获得性、先前返乡创业者的生存状态分别影响了新生代农民工返乡创业意愿的主观规范、感知行为的控制力以及主观态度。政府机构应当相应地创建农村创业理念体系,完善创业培训和服务体系,强化创业宣传体系,推进新生代农民工返乡创业。It is an important way to deal with issues of＂agriculture,farmer and rural areas＂when new generation of rural migrant workers establish a business in their hometown.Based on new characteristics of new generation of rural migrant workers and adopting TPB theory,issues such as the atmosphere of establishing a business,self ability,availability of business resource,living condition of former returning workers respectively influence the subjective decree of their intention,controlling power of perceptional behavior and subjective attitude of new generation of rural migrant workers.Governmental agency should construct relevant idea system of rural business,perfect training and service system,strengthen advocating system and propel them to return to hometown to establish a business.
