摘 要:将润滑理论与现行强度设计公式相融合,建立了渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮传动的摩擦学设计模型,并开发了相应程序.应用该模型,以一矿用重载斜齿轮传动为例,进行了摩擦学设计.结果显示:在低速条件下,摩擦学设计结果是依据现行强度公式计算结果的3~6倍;随着速度的增大,依据不同模型所得设计结果逐渐趋于一致.An initiative tribology design model of an involute helical gear drive is established by integrating lubrication theory with the current gearing strength design calculation program is also developed. With a heavy-duty helical gear formula and the corresponding transmission used in a mine as an example, gearing tribology design is carried based on this model. The results show that the computing value from the tribology design model is as 3-6 times as that from the current gearing strength calculation formula for the low speed gear drive, however, with an increament of speed, the results from the different design models tend to consistent.
