摘　　要：基于对新型喷浆机的结构特点和螺旋叶片加工工艺的分析与研究,得出了螺旋叶片的下料与拉伸成型的工艺方法,给出了螺旋叶片组焊、组装对焊、时效处理及校正变形的工艺措施,有效地保证了喷浆机均匀搅拌及定量输送物料的功能要求。Based on the new type of shotcrete machine structure cnaracter^sucs ano nencru tnau~ processing analysis and research, it was concluded that the helical blade of blanking and drawing forming process method, and gave the compound helical blade assembly weld aging treatment and correction deformation process measures, effectively guarantee the shotcrete machine homogeneous mixing and quantitative delivery material function requirements.
