摘　　要：非金属托辊具有运转阻力小、磨损小、使用寿命长、对输送带磨损小等优点,就目前工矿常见的非金属托辊(尼龙、超高分子量聚乙烯、脲醛树脂、聚氨酯、玻璃钢、PVC、钢塑复合等)的材料、成型工艺、性能特点、研究现状作了详细介绍。The advantages of the non-metal roller is briefly described, including low rotating resistance, anti-wear.ability, long service life and less wear on the belt, etc. Moulding process and advances of the commonly used materials, such as PA, UHMWPE, UF, PU, FRP, PVC and steel plastic composites are analyzed and compared for the processing of the roller.
