摘　　要：探讨了在手控旋压封头机上增加录、反功能,进而实现金属密闭容器封头的自动化生产,达到稳定产品质量的目的。所谓录、反就是将人工操作的过程信号被数字计算机采集录制,然后通过相反的回放完成控制加工。从经济性考虑,对现有旋压封头机进行改造,以录、反形式实现自动控制,投入不多,效益较好。This paper discusses about adding the transcribing and reverse playback functions in the hand controlled pressure head machine, thus realizing the automation production of heads for metal closed containers as well as stabilizing the product quality. The so called transcribing and reverse playback is to collect and transcribe the process signal in manual operation by the digital computer, then complete the controlled processing through reverse playback. In view of economy, the input is not much to reconstruct the existing pressure head machine and realize the automatic control through the form of transcribing and reverse playback, while it brings good efficiency.
