摘　　要：针对目前国内定重装载系统的弊端,在不破坏原有系统的情况下设计了提升机装卸载实时在线监控系统,介绍了系统软硬件的设计与工作过程。该系统通过无线数传技术传输数据,由单片机进行数据的处理,然后通过组态软件实现监控显示,对煤矿安全生产有着重要的意义。This article aims at the drawback of the current domestic fixed weight loading system. Under condition of original system without destroy,the hoist load real-time on-line monitoring system is designed. This article introduces the design and the working process of the system hardware and software. The system transmits data by the wireless data transmission technology, processes the data by the single-chip microcomputer ,and realizes the monitoring display through the configuration software. This system has important significance for the coal mine production safety.
