摘 要:针对传统故障诊断专家系统中获取知识困难的问题,提出了基于粗糙集理论的故障诊断方法,并将其应用于提升机故障诊断系统中。该方法可以从包含冗余信息的现场采集数据中,获取简洁、有效的诊断决策规则,并输入到知识库中,作为诊断专家系统知识获取模块的输入,从而有效地解决了故障诊断专家系统知识获取难题。试验结果显示利用粗糙集理论获取简洁规则是有效与可靠的。According to the problem of the traditional fault diagnosis expert system knowledge acquisition difficult, fault diagnosis method based on rough sets is proposed, and its application in fault diagnosis system of mine hoist. Using rough set theory from the contain redundant information in the field gathering data, obtain the concise and effective diagnostic decision rules, and injected into the repository, as the expert system knowledge acquisition module input, to solve the fault diagnosis expert system knowledge to obtain the "bottleneck" problem. The result of test show that using rough set to obtain simple rules is effective and reliable.
