摘  要:以哈尔乌素露天矿4台495HR电铲为研究对象,采用Matlab软件建立层次分析模型、确定程序流程、编制简单的Matlab层次分析代码,对其在2011年4~12月间各项故障进行了研究分析.最终得出,在影响电铲故障的各项因素中,由于司机操作不当引起故障的概率较大,小故障不处理导致故障扩大,爆破质量不佳也给电铲的正常生产造成了较大影响.为哈尔乌素矿降低电铲故障率提供了技术依据,同时也为其他露天矿山电铲减少故障提高经济效益提供了重要参考.The breakdowns between April and December in 2011 of the four 495HR excavators in Haerwusu open-pit were analyzed by Matlab analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model. The analysis process includes building the AHP model, confirming the flow of the program and compiling the program code to solve the problem. At last, the conclusion was made, that during the various factors, the cause of the drivers, the accumulation of glitches and the poor quality of blasting were at the top. The analysis offered technical assistance to lower the high level of breakdowns for haerwusu open-pit. It also offered an important reference to other open-pit companies for lowering the level of excavator failure rate.
