摘 要:于1984—1985年在东北林业大学种苗室进行试验,每项目重复试验3次。本文对五角槭种子用不同温度(-1,0,1,……20℃)处理,低温处理不同时间(1,2,……16 h),测定种子与生物膜透性有关指标,如种子浸提液的蛋白质含量、蔗糖含量和电导率;同时又测定与种子膜结构有关的指标,如线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶和TTC还原脱氢酶活性及呼吸耗氧量,并绘出阿雷尼厄斯图。结果表明,五角槭种子生物膜对温度敏感点在5—13℃附近,对低温感应时间是在处理后10—12 h。Experiments were carried out in Seedling Laboratory of Northeast Forestry University from 1984 to 1985 with three times duplication for each item. Indexes correlating to the biomembrane of seed such as protein and sucrose contents in the seed extracts and the conductivity were determined by treating mono maple seeds in different temperature (—1, 0, 1,……,20℃) each in different time (1, 2,……, 16h). Meanwhile, some indexes such as the activity of chondriosome succinic acid dehydrogenase and TTC reduction dehydrogenase and the Oxygen consumption by respiration were determined, and the Arrhennious—plot is presented. The results show that the sensitive point of the biomembrane of mono maple seeds to temperature is near 5—13℃, and the induction time to the low temperature is 10—12h after treatment.
