摘  要:采用非线性强度指标按简化毕肖普法给出的抗力弯矩和滑动弯矩定义坝坡稳定可靠度分析的功能函数,并应用一次二阶矩法计算可靠指标,提出了一种混凝土面板堆石坝坝坡稳定可靠度计算方法,以某面板坝坝坡为例进行了稳定可靠度分析。结果表明,各工况上、下游坝坡及深层滑动的最小安全系数均满足《碾压式土石坝设计规范》的要求,最小可靠指标除地震工况下游坝坡外都满足《水利水电工程结构可靠度设计统一标准》的要求;安全系数和可靠度计算结果的总体规律一致,但在某些情况下有较大差异。对于重要工程,建议同时进行安全系数和可靠度分析。A methodology of reliability analysis of slope stability of concrete faced rockfill dam is proposed. The per- formance function is defined by using the resisting moment and sliding moment of Bishop's simplified method. The relia- bility index is gained by first-order second moment method and the nonlinear shear strength of rockfill is considered. The engineering application shows that the minimum safety coefficients of the upper and lower reaches dam slope and the deep sliding all meet the requirements of design code for roiled earth rockfill dam at each operating conditions; the reliability indices all meet the requirements of unified design standard for reliability of hydraulic engineering structures except for the downstream slope in seismic condition~ the results of reliability analysis are generally consistent with those of safety coef- ficients analysis; but in some cases, the results of reliability indices and safety coefficients are significantly different. Therefore, it is better to conduct both reliability and safety coefficients analysis for important projects.
