摘 要:为分析区域用水结构与经济发展的协调性问题和响应关系,以各行业用水消耗水平、可持续发展水平、居民生活用水结构水平为参考给出用水结构评价指标,以产业结构高度化水平、区域科技发展水平、对外开放水平、能耗水平为参考给出产业结构评价指标,构建了区域用水结构与产业结构协调评价体系,建立了区域用水结构与产业结构的协调度评价模型。并对全国经济及水资源原始数据进行处理计算,用层次分析法和熵值法确定指标权重代入协调度评价模型,获得了全国用水结构与产业机构协调度水平排名。结果表明,全国用水结构与产业结构基本协调,产业结构水平不容乐观,部分地区尤其是水资源丰富地区用水结构亟待合理化,建议应调整产业结构、优化用水结构。To analyze the coordination and response relationship between water consumption structure and economic development, evaluation indexes of water consumption structure were achieved based on the reference level of water con- sumption of various sectors, level of sustainable development, structure level of domestic water. Evaluation indexes of in- dustrial structure were proposed by reference level of industrial structure advancement, level of regional technology devel- opment, level of opened to abroad, level of energy consumption, The evaluation system of coordination between water consumption structure and industrial structure was proposed with evaluation model of coordination. The ranking of coor- dination degree between water consumption structure and industrial structure in China was drawn by processing the raw data of water resource and economy of China and calculating the weights of indexes with analytic hierarchy process and en- tropy method. The results show that coordination degree of China is basic coordination, the level of industrial structure is not optimistic and the structure of water consumption urgent needs to be rationalized in some areas, especially in the wa- ter rich region. The recommendations are put forward to regulate industrial structure and optimize water consumption structure.
