摘　　要：东北振兴战略实施以来,国家和吉林省积极推进转型发展战略,吉林省资源型城市在经济增长、社会发展、生态改善等方面取得显著成效,但依然存在接续替代产业尚未形成内生动力、可持续发展机制不完善等问题,亟待健全可持续发展的机制。Since the implementation of the ＂Revitalizing the Northeast Strategy ＂, the nation and Jilin province both promoted the transformation development, the resource - based cities have already achieved considerable re- sults in many aspects such as economic growth, social development, environmental improvement, however, there are still many problems such as the successive replacement industry has not yet formed internal power, the sustain- able development mechanisms are not perfect, so we need sound mechanisms and countermeasures for the sustain- able development urgently.
