摘  要:针对淮南-上海(简称淮沪)特高压工程投产后,华东电网低频振荡特性开展深入研究。对华东电网近年来发生的几类低频振荡案例进行了回顾和总结;通过对不同典型运行方式的分析,指出了特高压投产后华东电网主要存在的几种振荡模式;对重大检修方式下电网低频振荡特性进行了分析;开展了接入特高压机组对华东电网振荡模式专题研究,并论证了电力系统稳定器(PSS)对抑制该振荡模式的重要性;开展了时域、频域的对比分析及验证,提出时域仿真分析中进行参数辨识的典型经验;对调速系统在低频振荡中的作用开展研究,提出当前实际工程中的应对措施。最后,对下一步开展低频振荡研究工作的重点和方向进行了展望。The low frequency oscillation characteristics of East China power grid after commissioning of Huainan-Shanghai ultra-high voltage (UHV) are researched.With a review and summary of several low frequency oscillation cases of East China power grid occurred in recent years,this paper summarizes the main low frequency oscillation modes in East China power grid based on the analysis of different typical operation modes.In addition,the impacts of significant maintenance on low frequency oscillation are analyzed.Special research on oscillation mode of UHV generators to East China power grid are carried out,and the importance of power system stabilizer (PSS) are emphasized.Comparative analysis between time and frequency domain are carried out,and engineering experiences in time domain analysis are introduced.The influence of governing system on low frequency oscillation are researched,coping strategies in practical engineering are put forward.In the end,focus and direction of low frequency oscillation research are forecasted.
