摘 要:Ni-P非晶态镀层性能优异,而在钻杆用钢表面电沉积了Ni-P非晶态镀层的报道较少。在钻杆用28CrMo钢表面电沉积了4种Ni-P非晶态合金镀层,采用极化曲线、阻抗谱及腐蚀速率测试等方法研究了4种镀层在模拟气田水溶液中的耐蚀性能,并与基材的耐蚀性进行了对比。结果表明:Ni-P非晶态合金镀层在模拟气田水溶液中的耐腐蚀性能随镀液中Ni含量增加及P含量减少而增强;适量稀土镧能提高Ni-P非晶态合金镀层的耐蚀性能;Ni-P非晶态合金镀层在模拟气田水溶液中的腐蚀方式为点腐蚀,随着腐蚀时间的增加,耐蚀性先增大后减小;Ni-P非晶态合金镀层具有优异的耐蚀性能,在模拟气田水溶液中的腐蚀机理为胞状颗粒间的针孔状腐蚀。Four kinds of amorphous Ni-P alloy coating with different P content were electrodeposited on the surface of 28CrMo steel( a drill pipe steel). The polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectra,and corrosion rate of as-plated Ni-P alloy coatings in simulated gas-field water solution were measured,and their corrosion resistance was evaluated. Results indicated that the corrosion resistance of amorphous Ni-P alloy coatings in the simulated gas-field water solution tended to increase with declining P content,while the introduction of a proper amount of rare earth element La helped to improve the corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coating. In the simulated gas-field water solution,as-plated Ni-P alloy coating was dominated by pitting, i. e.,pinhole-like corrosion among cellular grains in terms of the corrosion mechanism. In one word,as-plated amorphous Ni-P alloy coating had good corrosion resistance in simulated gas-field water solution.
