摘  要:由于空泡溃灭时产生的高温高压气泡对材料损伤影响的复杂性,目前对空泡腐蚀的机理尚无统一认识。以Ni包覆Ti粉末,采用低温超音速火焰喷涂和热处理相结合的方法在316L不锈钢上制备了Ti-Ni涂层。采用SEM、XRD等对涂层的显微结构和相组成进行了表征,并与超音速火焰喷涂WC层对比,利用超声波处理仪评价了Ti-Ni涂层的空泡腐蚀性能,并分析了涂层的失效机理。结果表明,热处理态Ti-Ni涂层以Ni-Ti合金为主晶相,并含有少量的Ni3Ti和Ti2Ni,涂层的抗空泡腐蚀性能较好,优于喷涂态和WC涂层;Ti-Ni涂层的空泡腐蚀先在涂层孔隙缺陷处萌生,形成裂纹并逐渐扩展,最终导致涂层剥落。Ni-cladding Ti power was adopted as feedstock to prepare Ti-Ni coating on the surface of 316L stainless steel by low-temperature high velocity oxy-fuel spraying in association with heat treatment. The microstructure and phase composition of as-prepared Ti-Ni coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Moreover, an ultrasonic facility was performed to evaluate the cavitation erosion behavior of Ti-Ni coating,and the failure mechanism of the coating was discussed as well. Results showed that as-prepared Ti-Ni coating consisted of Ni-Ti alloy as the major phase,and contained a small amount of Ni 3 Ti and Ti 2 Ni,and it exhibited better resistance to cavitation erosion than WC coating. In terms of the cavitaion erosion mechanism of Ti-Ni coating,cavitaion erosion was firstly initiated at the pores of the coating,then cracks was gradually formed and extended,and finally peeling off of the coating was caused.
